They now have a ‘Pick-Your-Own’ fruit field, a thriving tea room and run many family themed days throughout the spring and summer. Sandra uses the fruit from the farm to make a range of delicious jams which are sold at the farm and in selected delicatessens throughout Leicestershire. When she isn’t doing that, she’s often found running SHERBERT PRODUCTIONS, a Media Training company following a successful career as former BBC radio presenter.
